Metered parking is available but limited, so its best to park somewhere else and walk or get here really early. The beach also features a playground with separate structures for older and younger kids.

Although it is located right in the heart of Tahoe City, you can easily miss the the park if you are just passing through, as it is not visible from the highway. The beach is clean and inviting and has plenty of grassy areas.
