I used to use soulseek a few years ago when I was at uni, but then signed up to streaming sites and used YouTube for weirder deep cuts so havent touched it in a few years. But looking to get back into using it, but I want to do it properly. What advice is there you can give me and what is the best etiquette when using soulseek. Cheers!

Jul 10, 2012 I use Mac, and the program works great. I am able to look for files, browse users and download songs. However, I have been unable of two things: 1- Change the downloads folder. 2- Share any folder. I don't know what I have to do. I go to Options/File sharing and, in the big box where the shared files/folders should appear, it is totally blank.

I learned of SoulSeek about a few days ago, as I was born in 2000 so I never got familiar with stuff like this first hand, and I can very clearly tell there's some common courtesies you have to follow. I know for most users they don't enjoy you going through and downloading their whole share folder in such a quick amount of time.
